Commissioner Ralph Rosado is a Miami native, a seasoned city planner, and a dedicated public servant with over 25 years of experience in local government and community development. Before his election to the City Commission, he served as City Manager, nonprofit leader, and educator, and played a pivotal role in shaping affordable housing and infrastructure policy throughout South Florida. Commissioner Rosado now proudly represents District 4, which includes Flagami, West Flagler, Little Havana, Coral Gate, Shenandoah, and Silver Bluff.
