And Mr. Chairman, we also lost another great leader, a national leader, Jesse Jackson, who passed away. And at this moment, we would like to take a moment of silence to recognize him for all the work he's done and the prayer for his family.

Because if we don't meet those budgetary projections, then we don't have the revenue that we expected to have, right? And so, you know, when you think about a program like this, part of the benefit to it, because I know this costs our taxpayers money, especially in areas where they're not, people are very confused about how the Red Speed camera program works.

And so people are being tagged with this bill, and then for those of our districts who are most affected, they don't have the ability to, even for us to be re, to afford to be reinvested into their neighborhoods. And so it's one thing to be tagged, it's another thing for them, you to be able to reinvest it in the neighborhood that is getting the most, that are paying the most in the fees.
